This course consists of 14 core video lessons with over 4 hours of content. You'll receive lifetime access and can work through the material at your own pace. If you've struggled with procrastination for any length of time, you've probably discovered that the problem isn't a lack of information. You know what you should do, and you may genuinely want to do it, yet something still gets in the way. In this course, you'll learn a different way of understanding procrastination, one that focuses on the underlying psychological dynamics rather than discipline, motivation, or productivity hacks. Because follow-through affects every area of life, I recommend this course as the foundation for much of the work I teach. After years of struggling with procrastination myself, studying it extensively, and working with many clients, I no longer believe chronic procrastination is as difficult to overcome as most people imagine. That may sound bold if you've tried productivity systems, habit trackers, accountability, or self-discipline without lasting success. But procrastination isn't caused by laziness or lack of willpower. It is often the result of an internal conflict that can be understood and resolved. This course gives you a complete framework for doing exactly that. Across the lessons, we'll explore why traditional advice fails, how limiting beliefs and self-criticism create resistance, and why pressure, guilt, and obligation usually make procrastination worse. You'll also learn practical tools, including journaling approaches, the Story Technique, belief work, and ways to create plans that support action rather than overwhelm. A central part of the course is the Boundary Technique, a powerful concept for breaking the cycle of delaying, negotiating, and promising yourself you will start later. This course is for anyone who is tired of fighting with themselves and wants a more compassionate, practical, and effective way forward.
